Power Smoothie Recipe


Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk/ yogurt

  • 2 dates

  • 4 -6 almonds

  • ½ cup spinach

  • 7-8 basils

  • ½ apple/ 1 banana

  • 1 tsp pumpkin seeds

  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

  • 1 cup water

Method

Put all ingredients in blender and blend it until smooth .
