Keri Ka Panna Recipe With Jaggery


  • 2 Mango (Raw) , medium

  • 1/2 cup Jaggery ,

  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)

  • Black Salt (Kala Namak) , as per taste

  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper powder

  • 15-20 Mint Leaves (Pudina)

  • Water , chilled


  1. To prepare this easy and refreshing Aam ka Panna recipe with Jaggery, rinse the mangoes and steamed it for 15-20 min.

  2. Steamed till the skin is completely Soft and the mangoes are cooked well from inside.

  3. Remove the peel and keep the pulp aside.

  4. In a blender add the mango pulp and rest of the spices. Blend to a smooth paste. Adjust sweet and spices.

  5. Pour chilled water.

  6. Garnish Aam ka Panna with Jaggery with some mint leaves and serve in glasses.

  7. Serve the Aam Ka Panna as a cool drink in this summer
