Just like any vehicle needs the fuel to run, our body needs the food to get energy. The food that we eat provides us the essential nutrients like protein, fats, carbohydrates, water and minerals which helps us in being energetic and living a healthy life.

When to Eat Food? What is the right time to eat our meals?
Breakfast: Within 1 hour of waking up, should be before 10AM, should be protein rich
Mid-Morning: Around 11 AM, have a glass of Lemon Water/ Coconut Water etc
Lunch: Ideal time between 12.30 to 1.30 PM
Evening Snack: Around 4 PM, you can have sprouts, fruits, salad etc
Dinner: Before 7.30 PM, there should be at least 2-3 hours of gap between dinner and bed time
Bedtime: Glass of Turmeric Milk (Optional)
